    Billing & Payment Options

At PrimeCare Orthotics & Prosthetics, we offer various payment options to ensure flexibility and convenience in meeting your financial obligations. We understand that each patient's situation is unique, and we strive to accommodate your needs.

    Bill Pay

For your convenience, we now provide a secure, easy-to-use payment portal. You can create an account to set up auto-payments and see e-statements and payment history, or pay as a guest. We also accept payments over the phone or in person with Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.

    Make Payment

If you'd like to pay over the phone, call (575) 237-8506.

    Financing Options

For patients seeking additional financial assistance, we offer information about patient financing options through third-party healthcare financing companies. We can provide guidance and connect you with these financing options. This enables you to receive the necessary orthotics and prosthetics services while managing your payments without stress.

    Reimbursement

The amount of insurance coverage available depends on your specific healthcare plan. In almost all cases, you'll be expected a percentage out of pocket at the time of your device delivery. However, PrimeCare will work to get the highest coverage possible under your plan.

If you’re not with a network provider, you may be responsible for a larger percentage of the cost, subject to the out-of-network rate set by your insurance plan. Once you provide us with your insurance plan, our staff will verify your benefits to determine the amount of coverage available to you.

Since our orthotic and prosthetic devices are custom-made, they're non-refundable. Keep in mind that most patients need time to wear their new prosthesis devices. You're also eligible for free modifications and adjustments up to 90 days after the date of purchase.
