Steps to Refer Your Patients to PrimeCare
- Prescription and Diagnosis: Begin the process by sending us a comprehensive prescription.
- Free Evaluation: Once the prescription is received, your patient contacts us to schedule a consult.
- Insurance Verification: Our team will promptly verify your patient's insurance benefits to ensure a smooth process and minimize any potential obstacles.
- Expert Fabrication and Fitting: Our certified orthotists and prosthetists fabricate and/or fit the prescribed device to perfection.
- Follow-Up and Outcome Reporting: Your patient is scheduled for a follow-up visit to assess their progress. We promptly report patient outcomes back to you, allowing you to celebrate their successes every step of the way.
